Description | This beautiful Victorian 19th century oil painting is attributed to an artist from the British School, circa 1840. The composition is of three rabbits, two white and pink eyed, one black and white with brown eyes. They are all huddled together on a stone floor with some hay behind them. They are superbly depicted with great detail and brushwork and the gleam in their eyes is perfect. A really lovely 19th century animal oil painting and very proficiently executed. |
