Description An original oil on canvas by British listed artist Frederick George Swaish and painted in 1923. He was a noted British artist of the inter war period and a regular exhibitor at the major British art institutions. This large Art Deco Post-Impressionist painting depicts an end of day pastoral scene with the hay being brought in and is very atmospheric.
