Frank Dicey (1838-1888)
Frank Dicey (1838-88). Dicey was a 19th century British figure painter who primarily lived in London and flourished between 1880-88. He was a made a member of ROI in 1883. He exhibited prolifically including 17 at the Royal Academy London between 1865 and 1888.
