Beatrice Bright (1860-1941)

Beatrice Bright (1860-1941) was a Scottish portrait and seascape painter who studied under Arthur Cope, portrait and landscape painter. She exhibited her works at the Royal Academy London from 1896-1928. She often took part in the Salon des Artistes Francais in Paris, receiving an honourable mention in 1927. She lived in Aberdeen in the 1890’s before moving to London c. 1900.
