A S Finlayson (fl 1940-50)

A S  Finlayson was a Scottish artist who was active from the 40's. Finlayson worked mainly in oils and painted portraits, interiors, figural works and landscapes using bold brushwork and an interesting palette. Finlayson's work is housed in Manchester Art Gallery and other galleries in the UK.
