|Description||This lovely British Victorian Impressionist coastal landscape oil painting is by noted artist Robert Finlay McIntyre. Painted circa 1880 it is a view along the cliffs towards Cromer, Norfolk. One can clearly see the tower of Saint Peter and Saint Paul and the pier in the distance. It's a lovely sunny day and people are strolling along the cliff path with fields with poppies on one side and the cliff, beach and sea on the other. A superb 19th century painting of the coast by Cromer with lovely detail and brushwork and a great example of McIntyre's work.
