Painted circa 1904 the painting is a female portrait oil painting of a pretty smiling dark haired young woman with a pink bow in her hair and straw hat. The Post Impressionist detail and brushwork are superb. A really lovely image.

|Biography||Mary Rischgitz (Exh. 1883-1906) was a London based flower and portrait painter. Daughter of Edouard Rischgitz, a Swiss born artist who moved to London.
