|Description||A fine large oil on canvas by Royal Society British Artists and Royal Academy exhibitor Cyril James Frost. It depicts a portrait of a lady holding a pocket watch on a long chain and was painted in 1919. It is a fine painting in excellent condition and in a beautiful acanthus leaf gilt frame of the period. An excellent example of mid 20th century British portraiture.
